RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the nature of our handcrafted products, we do not accept returns on used or opened candles, bath bombs, perfumes, or diffuser oils. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at velvetamberc@gmail.com within 48 hours with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or store credit. Customized items and sale products are non-returnable. Refunds (if approved) are processed within 5-7 business days, excluding shipping costs.
